I attended my second IECA conference this week in Detroit! I had never spent much time in Michigan before besides visiting Ann Arbor briefly for a University of Michigan fair to recruit law school applicants when I worked in JD admissions. I could see Canada across the river from my hotel room window!
Just over a year ago, I joined IECA as a professional member and attended my first conference. I am not sure why I waited so long. As I work mostly remote and started my company four years ago, it has been amazing to be part of a network of independent educational consultants who provide advice, resources, and camaraderie as we navigate guiding our clients on making the best choices for their futures!
