It has been quite an eventful spring with moving back to CT from NYC, helping clients negotiate scholarships with schools and be admitted from wait lists, and advising dental school applicants as the application portal has opened for Fall 2027!
I was not sure if I could attend the IECA conference in Baltimore this year due to my other commitments, but I am so glad I did! It was my third conference in a row, and IECA is celebrating its 50th anniversary! I am grateful for this network of educators.
It was lovely to meet Lloyd Paradiso, a 50 year IECA member who was given the Antonoff Award – speaking about our Philly and Penn connections was a joy! And sending huge shoutouts to Caitlin Andersen, Quyen Nguyen and other volunteers for always having so much energy and enthusiasm for our Graduate School group – your efforts have inspired me as Co-Chair of the Law School subcommittee!
I also loved the panel hosted by college admissions deans at University of Pennsylvania and Amherst College. I have fond memories of Inner Harbor on field trips as a student and made sure to stop by the National Aquarium!
